1. Agreement
By accessing or using Grademark, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
Grademark provides AI-assisted bidding and back-office tooling for site work contractors. Service availability, support response times, and feature scope are described in your active subscription plan.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of plans, bids, employee data, and other content you upload or generate. Grademark uses your data to operate the service and does not train AI models on customer plan data.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Refunds are handled per the cancellation policy in effect at the time of cancellation.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Grademark to violate law, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to access another tenant's data.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Grademark estimates are tools for licensed professionals. The service is provided “as is.” Bid accuracy depends on plan quality and calibration data. Final responsibility for bid accuracy rests with the contractor.
