How we use it
To operate the service, deliver support, send transactional email, and improve product UX. We do not train AI models on customer plan data.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share with subprocessors that power the service (hosting, email, analytics) under written data-processing agreements.
Retention
Tenant data is retained while the account is active. After cancellation, data is held for 90 days to support recovery, then hard-deleted unless a longer retention is required by law.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
